Blue Rock Terms of Service
and Cancellation Policy
Rate.
Blue Rock's current rate is $125 USD per hour.
Screenshare Appointment requirement.
To secure a 1-hour screenshare appointment, Blue Rock requires a 1-hour deposit [$125 USD].
To secure a 2-hour screenshare appointment, Blue Rock requires a 2-hour deposit [$250 USD].
To secure a 3-hour discounted screenshare appointment, Blue Rock requires a 3-hour non-refundable payment [$330 USD, discounted from the $375 USD normal rate].
If we go over on time, the deposit will appear on your invoice as a payment against your invoice total.
Screenshare Appointment minimum time.
After the first hour of a 1-hour appointment [or the second hour of a 2-hour appointment, or the third hour of a 3-hour appointment], time is billed in 15 minute increments at the normal hourly rate of $125 USD per hour:

1-15 minutes=15 minutes

16-30 minutes=30 minutes

31-45 minutes=45 minutes

46-60 minutes=60 minutes
Appointment cancellation, no show, rescheduling: 1-hour and 2-hour appointment deposits.
All Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled Appointment in order to receive a full refund of the Appointment deposit. In the event that the cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled Appointment or client fails to show for the Appointment, 50% of the Appointment Deposit serves as a non-refundable late cancellation fee. If the Appointment is rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled Appointment, and the rescheduled Appointment is kept (ie it is not further cancelled or rescheduled), the late cancellation fee is waived.
Cancellations should be done by clicking the Cancel button in your Appointment confirmation email. If you're unable to find your confirmation email [don't forget to check your Junk mail 🙂], you may submit your cancellation via phone at 503-208-6239.
In the event that the client receives Blue Rock's voice mail, a cancellation message must be left.
Appointment cancellation, no show, rescheduling: 3-hour discounted appointment payments.
The 3-hour discounted appointment is non-refundable and may only be rescheduled, not cancelled, and must be done more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduling should be done by clicking the Reschedule button in your Appointment confirmation email. If you're unable to find your confirmation email [don't forget to check your Junk mail 🙂], you may submit your reschedule request via phone at 503-208-6239.
Appointment balance due.
If your appointment time exceeds the amount of your deposit or payment, you'll receive an invoice for the additional time at the conclusion of the appointment, payable on receipt via PayPal.
PayPal is our sole payment vendor; please note that we don't accept checks or take your credit card directly.
You don't need a PayPal account to use their payment service, you can check out as a guest.
Software & Licenses.
Payment to 3rd party software and service providers are your sole responsibility. Examples of this are: Daylite licenses, Billings Pro licenses, Zapier paid accounts, Calendly paid accounts.
Blue Rock service appointments never include the cost of 3rd party software or licenses.
Software - provided by you to Blue Rock.
Client attests that software provided by client to Blue Rock Consulting for the purpose of installation to any system has been lawfully acquired and purchased by client. Blue Rock assumes no liability for "pirated" software provided by client.
Warranty.
Please consult appropriate product manufacturer for information on terms and conditions of warranty. Blue Rock does not provide warranty for non-Blue Rock branded products.
Consequential Damages.
In no event shall Blue Rock, its subsidiaries or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents (collectively, "Blue Rock Consulting") be liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not Blue Rock has been advised of the possibility of any such damages. All clients are advised to perform backups to their systems prior to any Blue Rock service performed.
